Well, here is a hack where you can use leftover idli and make tasty chilli idli fry from that. Chilli Idli fry is an interesting Indo-Chinese dish made with Idli. In this recipe, fried Idli are tossed with Chinese sauces and served hot in the plate.
Ingredients :
- 4 tbsp Oil / तेल
- 5 Idli / इडली
- Ginger - Garlic (chopped) / अदरक - लहसुन
- Spring Onion / प्याज पत्ता
- Chilli Sauce / चिली सॉस
- Tomato Ketchup /टमाटर सॉस
- Red & Green Bell Pepper
- Soy Sauce / सोया सॉस
- Corn Flour / मक्के का आटा
- Water / पानी
- Vinegar / सिरका
- Black Pepper / काली मिर्च
- Spring Onion Leaves (Chopped)
- Spring Onion For Garnish / प्याज पत्ता
