Today I share with you the making of chin chin with five painters of flour, for Christmas - with measurements. Enjoy! & Let me know what you think in the comments.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHIN CHIN:
1 PAINTER OF FLOUR:: (No baking powder)
1 paint bucket of flour (measured & leveled)
500g Magarine(melted) (Simas {2})
4 eggs
70 cubes sugar
2 tinned milk (300g)
1 cup condensed milk
A satchet of water
5 liters Vegetable oil for frying
Note: For softer chin chin, add half a satchet of Magarine & a cup of water

I didn’t add it cause it can be easily overused, & when that happens, it makes the chin chin too salty

Chinchin cutter would have been faster. Pls what makes chin chin really soft,iv tried,but it always comes out strong and crunchy instead of it been soft and crunchy. Thanks

Eggs, butter, and baking soda and not adding too much water make it soft
