its quite clear that this is quite an old video due to the interlaced structure of the picture. I live in anshan and they have since converted into small electric locomotives

They phased those out in late 90s, according someone I know who worked at the plant in this video. You can tell by the color of the video that it isn't contemporary. Too bad, beautiful locomotives!
