This is showing how they make their induction motors. Really goes to show how much copper coil goes into one. Edit - The motor it's self is not a new invention, they are showing here their method of production, before this they likely did it by hand. Induction motors are in most and many things we've been using for decades.

@@thizzfox that's true we did have it better ...but only because it was never made financially worthwhile for people to start sharing the jobs and enjoying working LESS as the robots and technology took over....instead of doing that, all the benefits of robots only went to the rich and left the working classes worse off than ever, with no job security, or unemployment. The working classes haven't really seen any benefits from technology.

Phase paper is a great thing since most industrial motors will be used on Frequency drives. They will encounter ranging frequencies that can increase strain on the winding varnish. Having this paper will increase longevity by preventing phase to phase shorting which is a common killer.

Phil Busby It's symptomatic of our throw-away society. Manufacturers don't expect you to keep the same iron for 30 years (plus they want you to keep buying new irons) so they make them cheap and nasty, designed to last just a few years at most. My friend has had the same garlic press for over 25 years. When she mentioned how old it was to her daughter she replied, "Why don't you buy a new one?" _facepalm_

nagualdesign, so it appears that there is a symbiotic relationship between manufacturers profiting from making useless junk and consumers happy to buy useless junk. Then we cannot really blame the manufacturers, like the motor maker above, they are simply satisfying a need. Q: How do we make the consumers understand? A: We don't, the world belongs to them now. How terribly disappointing. Thank you for your intelligent reply.

That is indeed a good question. Especially when the motor warms up or gets under serious load this can cause problems. Though the laquer layers making copper wire are high-tech nowadays and can withstand high(er) temperatures. They don't show how the wiring is finally bundled together/to which electronic circuit the motor finally will be connected/the power that it has to generate.

Energy from magnet can be obtained without any mechanical movement. All we need is material capable of being converted from magnetic to nonmagnetic when applying electrical impulses. This will simulate the rotation of the armature in the generators. Such a material was created for other purposes and there is technology. More info ?

@SMTWindingEquipment 5 жыл бұрын

@vigramm 5 жыл бұрын
@@SMTWindingEquipment Extraction of energy from a permanent magnet without mechanical movement. (Solid State Power Generator) To eliminate mechanical work, to "trick" the magnet, it is necessary to have material with varying properties or condition - magnetic and non-magnetic, but with the ability to manage them. Then we will simply simulate the physical movement of parts in generators and in motors will exclude electricity with copper wires and will still have power. To change the state of the material from magnetic to non-magnetic, you need to change the direction of rotation of electrons around the nucleus of atom. By supplying electrical impulses from the frequency generator (fig4) to material with variable properties, it can be forced to transform into both States at any frequency.. For clarity, it can be compared to a welding machine where the 200A thirystor opens with a pulse of 5-6 Volts. Only we will not open the way for the power to pass, but will create conditions for its occurrence directly in the winding of the generator or in the stator of electric motor. Control of required force can be made on the low-voltage side of the device, changing the saturation of magnetic field. This allows to produce the exact amount of energy, and at the lowest voltages and frequencies, because there is no need for transportation; The Power is already where you need it - the Generator of electricity is already mounted in the electric device and the magnetic force required at the time - in the engine. And they can be controlled from outside, wirelessly (already from the phone). In engines, (fig3.) in order to overcome the counteracting force of each magnet, it is necessary to interrupt its connection with the pole at the time. The material of the pole is transferred to a non-magnetic state and create conditions for entering the working area of the next magnet. After his tryout, again translated into a non-magnetic state, so as not to interfere the next, and again to toggle the state when it comes to the next magnet. This is possible with the use of simple contactless relays (Solid State Relay) built directly on the terminals of the pole plates. Thus, the engines must have magnets on the rotor, poles (special material plates) around the stator and a system for switching them. This is again a few transistors with a battery and a resistor, all controlled from outside (WiFi). It's not a "Perpetuum mobile machine". A battery or capacitor is used to start the pulse generator. Such a motor is able to provide traction control, full braking and even parking brake, which is very important for elevators. Every wheel in the car is an engine and a brake inside. No power engines, batteries, transmissions, clutches, hydraulic cylinders with lines and cables for brakes. All signals, lighting lamps and devices of the car have built-in generators and WiFi connection with the controls of the car. Complete absence of wires and contacts! It means super reliability! Manufacture of plates of generators and poles for engines you can build on existing printers for the production of electronic components or by spraying and other new technologies. This will mean the synthesis of new material on an industrial scale. A similar compound was created in laboratory in 2001 (see Annex). No expensive or rare components.. The production of "spin plates" for generators and generators themselves can be established literally at home. Theory of spin effect: Spinning electrons Electrons have a property called spin. This rotation creates a magnetic field with N and S poles. If the electrons in the shells of an atom rotate in the same direction, the atom will exhibit a magnetic field and will react to the forces of the magnet. If half of the electrons rotate in one direction, and the rest rotate in the other direction, they neutralize each other and the material will be non-magnetic. figure 1 Below is a diagram of the electric generator. figure 2( can not provide here..) When the pulses are applied to the active element it changes its state from magnetic to non-magnetic allowing the passage of force from the magnet to the winding. By changing the polarity of the pulses at the input, you can immediately receive a direct current.

It's hard to see a link between the title and the video. The title talks about a super efficient, new technology, but the video only shows the manufacturing of a motor, as has been done for ages, without any indication on the supposedly efficiency or new technology. Also, we can see towards 8:20 a man ¬ manually ¬ working on the motor: how is a manual manufacturing process be viewed as an all new technology? Is the title only designed to trigger clicks?

@@SMTWindingEquipment If he knew what he was looking at, he wouldn't be saying that. The ops are a bit slow, but that will increase with time and experience. Those are some heavy duty winding's. What are the specs on the motor being built? Remember the Japanese Dotson? That was pure, cheap junk when it first came out in the 70's, now they make some of the most reliable autos in the world. @@SMTWindingEquipment I sure did. Speaking from experience most Chinese equipment do not hold up. As you most likely notice the wires were pushed in and were most likely damage on the coatings used as insulator for the copper wire. This will cause a short burning out the motor. Also, the Chinese don't use a lot of grease in the bearings. I have to most of the time take apart the entire motor and repack bearings. What a pain in the butt. I could go on and tell more but, before or after you buy check bearing out and check that you have enough insulation before you put into service.

I can imagine magnetic cross talk at the coil ends and back EMF losses in this design. Although it's a magnetic motor , just assemble coils on the outside of the field stack would be easier and less interference with armature

I.iN.T.J - The earliest known oil wells were drilled in China in 347 AD or earlier. They had depths of up to about 800 feet (240 m) and were drilled using bits attached to bamboo poles. The oil was burned to evaporate brine and produce salt.
