Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen, nur so bekommt man Wok Hei Aroma an die Nudeln. Was macht mehr Wok He, das rauchende Öl, oder die offene Flamme?. Welches Öl?, Welchen Einfluß hat MSG auf das Wok Hei Aroma. Das Video ist Spitze, weil die Zutaten mit angegeben werden. Gut gemacht, Thank You / Che Che / Dankeschön.

不清楚英文怎么翻译，酱油在中国分好多种，最普通分类是生抽和老抽，生抽提鲜，老抽上色。还有其他更多功能性酱油，例如海鲜酱油，蘸碟酱油，菌类酱油等等。

If you eat mushrooms, tomatoes, or parmesan cheese, you eat MSG. It is a naturally occurring substance. The powdered for is just a concentrated version. Just like salt is concentrated sea water.
