US carrier groups would never be required to get within range of Chinese missiles. You don't test defensive systems you avoid testing them.

Where are the RIM-7 Sea Sparrow missiles from the US Carrier group?

Those missiles are also being fired, but the editing didn't include the RIM-7. I focused on the SM-3 and the SM-6 so that the video wouldn't get too long.
