China Supreme Court over turned the death sentence. She is serving a 25 year sentence now. Hope this smart business woman will be released in the near future.

IL got rid of the death penalty because of the amount of people being falsely sentenced, and now we have a (republican) senator trying to reintroduce it 😒

But in America they give you sometimes decades in prison to make sure you're not innocent in China you may have a week or so and you're executed after that. @@BlessednFree

exploiting the labour of others for personal profit is an abuse against humanity and a grievous offense in a socialist society. it’s comparable to slavery. it is an insidious violence, that so often occurs in the US, and it’s good to see the peoples justice in work. while i do disagree with the death penalty, these people should be imprisoned for life, or strip of basic rights, since they found it convenient to carry the capitalist model of abusing workers. a worker is a citizen, and should be protected, by having healthcare, education, and housing, and a fair wage. a worker should be able to live, and work, not to work to live. they should have a piece of the pie. and too often the wealthy and corporations exploit that. well done, china.

I ask my Chinese friends , do you call this justice ? Is entrepreneurship eligible for death penalty ? Did the entrepreneur in question , kill anyone , or was she doing drug money or anything like that ? I call this judicial murder . This bullshit has to stop . Seriously !!

In the first place, if you break the law you have to face the music. If you feel that it is not safe to live in China because of the harsh judicial system then migrate out of China. Chinese govt wont stop you. Just dont test the system.
