You may be able to get away with a lil extra corn starch. Or perhaps try a vegan egg replacer. It's just used as a binder, so using an alternative binder should work. Best thing is to just try it out, have fun, and enjoy some delicious soup 😊

hi it was cilantro, the other green ingredient before that was chives
