the "chinese secret leafy green" looks like 鸡毛菜, it's the seedlings of Baby Bok Choy. I'm glad I could still find them sometimes in Chinese supermarkets here in California..

Dam, those are a really big portions of fried rice and noodles for single person. I think just the stir fried noodle alone can be shared by at least 2 person. Not to mentioned, there are generous amount of veggies and also meat. Over here in my country, for those kind of portioning it will be very expensive even from a street hawker.
