►The BEST VPNs For China: thefoodranger.com/best-vpn-fo...
Chinese street food and Chinese Food is something I've been eating for years, and this time, I took the train to Guilin, China and have been eating and trying the best Guilin rice noodles non-stop! It really is some of the Best Street Food I've tasted in China! The Chinese food is so good in Guilin! I've eaten street food in Bejing, street food in Shanghai, street food in Chengdu, Street food in Lanzhou, and many other travel destinations, all of which has been amazing, but I have to say that the Chinese street food, and in particular, the Chinese Guilin rice noodles in Guilin has been some of the best and most mouthwatering delicious!
Trying the street food in Guilin was incredible. The street restaurant food was also very good! I tried some rice noodles and dumplings in the old Guilin district and found a lot of good street food in Yangshuo as well.
Here are the locations for the Chinese street food and Chinese restaurants in Guilin that I tried:
Please put in the address and name of the restaurants:

Address:广西省桂林市七星区龙隐路
2) Guilin Youcha (Guangxi style "Oil Tea") + River Snails

6)Pijiuyu - Yangshuo Beer Fish
Name:大师傅金奖啤酒鱼(总店)
Address:广西省阳朔县西街口右第一家

Thats why people, dont assume all of China is the same! Every region is different. And please be respect, the people you write horribly and rudely about are all human. Dont look down upon them, especially when you dont know much about the culture or the people. It makes me sad that some people are filled with so much hate.

China does have some incredibly beautiful places. I think I'll go to Guilin some day. A couple years ago, my wife and I went to WuYiShan. We took a slow (6 hour) train there from FuZhou where my inlaws live and had a lot of fun chatting with the other passengers. They grow quite a bit of tea there, called rock tea I believe (I bought some so I can show you if you like to know the Chinese name). It was a guided tour with a small group and they took us to so many interesting places. We climed one of the mountains (well, by stairs though, not the hard core thing you do hehe). And perhaps it has something to do with the time of year, because we went there in June and it was also incredibly foggy. So we could look down from a railing into what must have been some green valley, because you can see the ground close to you slope downward, but as the ground just disappears into the fog after a few meters, we couldn't see the bottom, which gave an almost fantasy-world-like feel to the whole experience. The raft ride was really cool and if you tip the guys steering the raft, they may sing some songs and maybe let you steer the raft as well. It turned out I had some talent for it hehe. On the raft ride, wear shoes that you don't care about getting wet or slippers. I got some very nice pictures and memories from that experience. And they have this incredible show on a rotating platform, with light effects, late in the evening about the history of the tea trade, with some kung fu stunts. If you go there, try to get a seat by the stairs, I think they serve tea at the end of the show to the people sitting by the stairs. We were not so adventurous when it comes to food though, so I can't say too much about that. But we did have a tea tasting workshop.

Yeah, Fujian Province is a good place. Wuyi Mountain is famous for Rock Tea "Da Hong Pao". Da Hong Pao can sell for up to US$1,025,000 per kilogram or US $35,436 per ounce (20g of Da Hong Pao tea from one of the mother plants was sold for ¥156,800 in 1998

Guilin also smells so good. The osmanthus tree fragrance will be with me forever. Take some bottles home as presents of perfume. And another interesting thing to visit is the post office with so many interesting Chinese stamps. The karsts are amazing and the river tour we took was in a larger boat and we ended drinking with people from 5-6 other countries. And the little boats attach and come to your window selling fruit. Unique experience.

My list of places I want to go to just keeps increasing with every video! Thanks a lot for sharing this amazing experience with us, Trevor. Your passion shows in your work, your videos are far more interesting than what you see on some TV channels. I'm sure you'll be a big name in the culinary tourism field sooner than you think! If you ever have the opportunity to, make sure to come visit Brazil! The country was built on the syncretism of many different cultures (native indigenous tribes, africans, europeans, japanese and others), so there's a lot of delicious food born from this mix that you can't find anywhere else in the world. Much love from Brazil!

yu c which part of Fujian are you from? For me, growing up there, I remembered seafood is always top notch. But I still like Beijing or Guangdong food better though. Their taste is more packed
