While the majority of the street food is traditional to various cities in China, including Shanghai, I also included some elements of Taiwanese Huashi cultural and creative food art. Taipei-style night market food has gained popularity in Shanghai, and I wanted to highlight that aspect as well. I hope this clarifies any confusion, and I appreciate your support.

Just because you saw Taipei wordings and you thought it's Taiwan? There's also a lot of Taiwan street selling in mainland China. Mainland China doesn't discriminate against Taiwanese like Taiwan does against mainland Chinese. So ignorant and prejudice towards China.
