How possible there are so many Muslim and Islamic restaurants and working staffs dressing like Muslim? Just think a while How possible this guy was able to enter every restaurants kitchen! Every video I watch videos from this guy he's just SO OPTIMISTIC. To him, a walk down the street is a crazy adventure and eating an (albeit very, very tasty) Chinese Hamburger aka RouJiaMo is the experience of a lifetime. Even his shirt says TAI HAO LE! (VERY GOOD). It's as if his daily life is entirely effortless for him. Many of us, including myself, could learn a thing or two from him.

Tai Bang Le !! I knew that fatty pork burger was going to be a 10 before you even ate it ! I don't know how, but often you can tell the foods that are going to be a 10/10 before you even taste them. Taking into account aspects such as the visual appearance, the way of preparation, the nature of the restaurant, and the attitude of the workers, all makes it easy to pick the 10/10 foods !

Really into Xian food, so tasty and you have a broad range as well. There is one Xian Street food in Galway ( Ireland), but their recipes have been revised to cater for foreigners taste. But you will know the difference once you try original Xian food in China.

I am living in canada and our govt earlier confirmed the fact that china carried out genocide of its ethnic minorities. How possible there are so many Muslim and Islamic restaurants and working staffs dressing like Muslim? Just think a while How possible this guy was able to enter every restaurants kitchen! So the entire video must be fake and paid by CCP! Be wise man!

Love your videos. Keep up what you're doing! I like watching these videos when I am eating to make me feel like I am in China eating what you're trying also. I am visiting China next month and I can't wait to try more new things. I visited China three times and I haven't really try the street food culture in China. Only a few.

A lot of Chinese chefs can beat other international chefs on knife skills. And they only use one kind of knife.

S Somms it makes sense since in China ppl dont cut their own food. If you force all western ppl use chopsticks, their chefs will have to master knife skills too.

I never thought about it that way, but it does make a ton sense. You can't expect someone to cut their food with Chopsticks, so Chefs have to make everything bite sized or at least small enough to be able to handled with Chopsticks.

Same can be said about Japanese chefs. They have amazing skills, especially with delicate protein like fish. A lot of chefs go to Japan to learn fish cutting.
