🇵🇰 SPICY CHICKEN: Grill the chicken on a tawa. Pour in masala made using white pepper, black pepper, yogurt, ginger & saffron. Add cooking oil and chilies. Serve with chapati.

🇵🇰 MUTTON KARAHI: Chop the meat into small pieces. Add meat in Karahi. Add salt over it.
After 30 minutes, add the green chili, ginger, and tomatoes. Add 1 liter of water to make the meat soft. Cover the Karahi and cook for 15 minutes, then add black pepper.
🇵🇰 LIVER IN CAUL FAT: Wrap the liver in the caul fat and place it in the freezer. Skewer them and grill on charcoal for 15-20 minutes, and then add salt.

I'm Australian, my parents were English and I was born in Rawalpindi, around 160 miles from Lahore. My family lived in Quetta for a year (1956) when I was 7 years old. We visited Rawalpindi and Lahore for a holiday. I remember the Lahore Zoo vividly. There was a monkey that had a brilliant and deadly accurate method of hitting people who annoyed him with bits of food. But, the thing i remember most about Pakistan is the food. The Bearer was my best friend and, whenever I went missing, my parents knew that they could find me in his quarters eating food cooked by his wife. This video brings back memories and I'm finding it difficult not to salivate.

@@markvanderstelt8999 Could be, but I was young and innocent and only saw the food. The best one was with a piece of carrot. The monkey would glare at the soon-to-be victim for a while, and then find a hard piece of food which it would place in the middle of the cage's concrete floor, like a golfer with a tee. Then it would pace slowly to the back of the cage, turn around and glare at the victim again. Lots of theatre. (It was quite a big cage - typical zoo exhibit cage for perhaps 20 monkeys.) Meanwhile it was doing all the range, elevation, windage, etc. calculations and lining up the shot. Then the monkey would rush forward and swing its right arm as if it was a hockey stick, hit the piece of carrot and project it forward at a good speed. It usually hit the victims forehead.

I have had khameeri naan and Karahi chicken in a Pakistani restaurant. It's different and really delicious. Their kebabs are also very smokey. I enjoy their Mirch Ka saalan as well 👌👌. U should make the trip. Im from the Uk and travelled pakistan last year (2021). I honestly can’t recommend it enough to anyone. The people are amazing, the place is beautiful, so many different landscapes and cultures. And the food was to die for. I plan to go back in September/October this year.

Wow simple wow. Even as a Pakistani I'm blown by this. Fun fact there are at least twice as much dishes you could have covered, especially from KP, Sindh and baluchistan. Pakistan is made of vast ethnicity hence all the different types of delicious food... heartily thanks for this!

Pakistan.... I was in Dubai for my holiday. I happen to enter a Pakistani restaurant and trust me that was one of my best decision ever for food. I ordered biryani and chicken kadai..... omg let me tell you I never tasted such biryani in my life. love you Pakistan from Kathmandu Nepal. 😊

@Inkster147 Based on your logic, India and Pakistan had a great relationship until 2014 🤦‍♂️. It’s intellectually lazy to blame one person. The question needs to be posed back to Pakistan’s citizens - why is its army given a disproportionate amount of budget to continue to wage a proxy war while its general economy continues to go from bad to worse. I don’t believe the general public in either of the two countries care about the territorial conflict but it surely helps one army to keep the paychecks coming when they create an atmosphere of fear and hostility.

7:03 The equivalent of what the man was saying with excitement was "Of course!! He should most definitely eat now!!" Think of an old Italian grandma yelling "Mange!! Mange!!" aka "Eat!! Eat!!" The man was excited and happy to feed you, Sonny. It's ironic and funny that people's perception of reality can be so diametrically opposite when they don't understand another's person language and/or culture. A reminder to never judge a book by its cover!
