tofu - 1 packet
chicken - 100g
mushroom - 5 pcs
prawns - 6 pcs
chinese cabbage - 3 stalks
baby corn - 3 pcs
carrot - half
sweet peas - 7
garlic - 3 cloves
onion - 1 medium sized
ginger - 5 cm
oyster sauce - 2 tbsp
chicken stock - 1 tbsp (concentrated )
water - 400ml
corn starch
black pepper - a pinch
sesami oil - 1 tbsp
