Yay how exciting! I’d probably look up London Boaters or any boating or canal Facebook group, you get a lot of insight into what it’s like there if you don’t know anyone. It’s very different to living in a house and logistics become a big part, like filling up water and emptying the toilet 😁 but if you’re up for an adventure and like a challenge then I’d definitely look more into it! The canals run trough London so lots of shops, further out in the country it will be less shops but you will pass towns👍🏻
