Chip shines as a Support, I became a Chip main since I tried him, he's the best support, however , as a tank, he falls off as theres better tanks than him.

Idk about cursed helmet, i prefer dominace ice, oracle for healing, brute force for stats, guardian helmet hp durabiliti and last one according enemies. Instead brute force eventually thunder belt as well own stats and slow add up

Yea I think the portal is just too strong for gathering team! Also I think he gets in the middle of enemies way too easily and safely for a tank, is much less about position and timing. Obviously you can do better with good position and timing but Chip feels as though he can just jump in from anywhere with skill two!

He can teleport more that's why I shown fleeting time of you really wants to buy I'm not really fan of that so far I tried alot this hero and I never felt like i need more CD whatever I had was enough that's why

Chip is far from broken, if you play Duo or Trio... maybe. But soloq with randoms, he's one of the worst supports in the game

Even with trio I lost, because of not good combo and timing. So it's needed too, I'm sad because he is so fun. But i HATE depending on others

You can use teleport even at level 1 no issues

strong CC and AOE heroes could be a bad counter for him, imagine Mino/TG and Oddette waiting outside his teleport, I feel like the ult can be double edged sword
