I think that when he said it'd be the safest place to eat, I believed that he meant it would be definitely safer than 90% of the other stores our there that already provide healthy non-GMO products.

+chandlerbing Definitely, I've been working at chipotle a little over a year and they've changed the way I think about health and cooking and completely turned it around. We had standards that put us already above most other restaurants but now it's going to get even better. We all have a deep admiration for the guy and what he's done for all of us and "fast food" in general.

I've aways though that it was a sabotage by another restaurant like McDonalds or Wendy's just because I know they hate chipotle for taking all their customers, they have said it themselves.

live goes on and chipotle spends a ton of money to recoup their customer base. this could take years to recover from.

+baatarjav javkhlan That's what I was thinking too. It's the same scare-tactics and fake epidemics that the FDA does with raw milk.

+baatarjav javkhlan you could be right, but Matt did have a good question about why the company cannot find the source of E. Coli from all or any of its suppliers! That is wonderful about the restaurants currently having no E. Coli,but what keeps more from being supplied to them from meat, poultry, vegetables and grains raised/grown with E. Coli? I saw this video about E. Colion

OK, OK....he's a nice guy...fine...but the the facts are the facts and the reason these places are so dangerous is that the staff is overworked and they require the workers to work even if they are sick! Rats in Dallas! e coli in California! A virus in another location! Come on! If it quacks like a duck...etc.....The places are just plain dirty! Be warned! If you eat at one of these places you are taking your life in your hands. There are so many alternatives. Why play Russian Roulette?.

A report came out stating all of the food prep modification changes, just google it. He's speaking on a limited amount of time, it's not his show for him to keep on blabbing on. They changed all of their procedures, cleaner than most restaurants now.

Google "chipotle comprehensive food safety plan" there's at least 3 internet pages stemming from that initial page on chipotles site outlining the changes. Don't jump to conclusions unless you know your facts.
@violinsheetmusicblog

+jeannette hernandez That doesn't mean much. If you can't identify the source, then you won't be able to eliminate the problem.
@golden.333
@golden.333 8 жыл бұрын
+violinsheets the source is irrelevant if everything that can carry it is being tested going forward. It doesn't matter where it came from (and it's too late to figure it out so there's no point getting hung up on that), absolutely everything is getting tested.
