The blue drew me in and the blue is what i got. And i love switching between the bracelet and rubber strap (i got both) as it makes it feel like a new watch every time you switch back and forth. Each have their uses and they make the blue stand out in different ways. Plus the blue itself changes with the lighting conditions. To me, its one watch that has many looks and thats what i love about it.

Been watching your videos for the past 3 or 4 months as I was planning to buy my first luxury watch. And your videos are one of the reasons when I chose to go with the Omega Seamaster 300M last month. You are absolutely right about the color of these watches. For me, Blue was the first choice. But when I tried the watch on my wrist, I went for the Grey one. And GUESS WHAT? The Grey one was not even in my consideration when I looked at them online. 😄 And today, I'm wearing my Grey Omega Seamaster 300M, even while watching this video and writing this comment. Not a surprise, I guess.😅

Finally pulled the trigger on buying this watch .. dilemma was black or blue.. opted for the blue on blue rubber strap.. Absolutely love this piece.. most KZfaq reviewers complain on helium escape valve and skeleton hands.. in fact upon use I felt those features are the differentiators. love the depth on the dial with the wave pattern and dial markers.

I've tried the white Omega Seamaster 300m and it wears smaller than its dimensions on my 6.5 in wrist. It's an incredible watch and had a place in my ideal watch collection. Today, I'm wearing my green Seiko Alpinist 1959 Reinterpretation. I love the versatility of this watch!

As a owner of the Blue SMP300, it’s important to know that the blue changes colour with lighting conditions. In harsh direct light it’s a fun light blue and in most indoor conditions it looks almost navy. I went to buy white and ended up with blue. Also completely agree that the green is much darker than the press photos! Currently wearing my 90’s Omega Dynamic 3.

As a proud owner of a ceramic white, ceramic black and sedna, and two blue aluminum (one being a 40th anniversary Bond) SMPs I can say I love them all. The white is my favorite as the dial provides a clear view of the time (black hands on the white dial) and when the light hits it right the dial almost has a mother of pearl look to it. I love my grey dial SMP 300m Chronograph. Something about the grey dial in general. Looks so different in the flesh compared to the rendered images. With the addition of the blue sub dials, it’s absolutely gorgeous. For me, Omega’s best watch £ for £. I paired it with the blue OEM rubber bought via Chisholm Hunter incidentally. Really prefer the rubber for everyday like you said. 😎

Harrison, I do enjoy your videos and as a lifetime Bond fan, your affinity with Bond and Omega. My first luxury watch was the Goldeneye SMP bought in 2006 and still runs faultlessly. A year later I picked up a Casino Royale Planet Ocean. These days the latter resides on an Omega NATO like yours as its half the price of the fragile rubber OEM strap. Keep up the good work!

Wearing the blue on bracelet as I watch this! I love the blue as the shade changes depending on the light and so much nicer that it gets picked up on videos. I also have the blue rubber strap but keep it on the bracelet as I find it so very comfortable. 😊

I pray one comes to your collection soon. I got the white dial last year and it's absolutely beautiful, almost got the black but the white dial stood out to me. It also doesn't wear as big as the size sounds, fits my wrist perfectly.

Harrison, it would be great to see a video on the process of selling a watch and everything that goes with it; timeline, fees, etc. I’ve been delaying buying a Seamaster in hopes that Omega would update it with a few things like an improved reserve, a better feeling bezel, tapered bracelet and maybe even a smaller dial size. I don’t think any of that is happening in the next year or two since the seamaster was only updated in either 2018 or 2019. At this point I’m thinking of buying the white model and then selling when it’s eventually updated. So it would be good to have an understanding of what to expect when trying to sell a watch.

Great watch, the Seamaster. Tonight Harrison I have switched to what is probably the best value 200m dive watch, in anticipation of my first shift back to work. The Casio MDV106 Duro all blue. A difficult watch to get now in the UK. I recently scratched the mineral crystal and it bothered me more than I thought it would 😥

It was interesting to hear your views on the 300M Harrison. As a fellow 'Great White' owner I cannot disagree with the points made. The main point you make has to be you really need to see these models in the flesh to appreciate how good they are. I totally dismissed the wave dial from the photographs online yet when I was at an AD some years ago I saw one in the flesh and was frankly astounded how much different it looked. Some time later I could justify one so I went for the 'Great White'.

As a recent new owner of the SMP300, I 100% agree with the marketing. I went in thinking I might want to get the blue, ended up with the Black haha. Got the bracelet, but I wear it on a NATO. It's my first OMEGA and ABSOLUTELY love it.

Hi, great clips, thanks. Last year, I thought I will get my holy grail watch so I tried to buy a Rolex but it was too much red tape so I went for the Omega SMP, blue dial, my second option. I can tell you now that I do not regret that decision. I do not think you can beat it for value for money, considering what you get for the price of it. I love it.

One day I want to have the the seamaster aswell. At the moment I think it would be the James Bond 60th anniversary edition, just love it :)

I'm currently wearing the previous gen 41mm black seamaster ! I love it even more than the 42mm one in the video, as it's thinner, smaller and more wearable. The bezel isn't as crisp as the current gen one though.. and the lume for the new one is brighter/more blue

Same - I prefer the simpler and cleaner looks of the previous generation 41mm watch as a more versatile watch. Can wear in any meeting/setting. Have to be more cautious with my new gen green 42 mm SM. Both are great watches.

@@petrolhead007 i think the current gen one is superb as well with the wave-motif dial and the upgraded movement with transparent caseback. I had the white 42mm and sold it for the black 41mm. I think the green is really nice too, but the price is a premium

Got my camo casioak on this morning for Sunday choring but swapping to the grand seiko sbgw287 boshū when I go out with wife and baby later. Also the blue is for suee the best seller due to it being the original Bond blue that made it such a hot watch to wear. That's why I got the blue dial. But if I didn't get the blue then I would have gotten the white just like you. However I do find the silver underappreciated and not as popular as the other dials. I personally love the silver/blue combo due to it being united states air force colors, and I work for the air force. But I still went classic blue.

I've owned the black dial SMP 300 on bracelet, didn't like the bracelet so flipped it and bought the chrome version on rubber. The chrome version is special as the electric blue hands really pop in the light, but the dial was a little flat at times. I flipped that and then bought the blue dial on rubber and also the black dial on rubber shortly after. The blue was nice and matched my daily wear nicely, but it didn't do it for me, it was too much blue if that makes any sense. I flipped both of these to get a Planet Ocean. Now I've just picked up the black dial SMP 300 again on rubber with deployant clasp, just perfect for me.

Usually I wear Tissot PRS 200, however today my wrists are so swollen from pregnancy, so wearing a watch is quite uncomfortable 😢 But good news, I have my Birthday and Due date in march so I am going to get Omega Seamaster in Green with steel strap for this occasion 🎉 can’t wait. this video is convenient as in about a week and half time about to buy a blue dial seamster 300M off my mate as he's big watch collector he has the previous generation, and doesn't wear his anymore, so he knew I was looking to buy a white dial and he offered me to buy the blue one at a very good price, so it's interesting to see if I like it and keep the blue dial or trade it in for the white!

I purchased two Tudor’s this year. Not because I couldn’t afford 1 seamaster or submariner, but because they made me feel better. I also like optionality and really loved the white face chronograph and classic black bay 54. The seamaster is a beautiful watch though hence why I’m here.

Wearing 41mm Zenith defy skyline El primero in blue. Simply incredible. Only 1/10th of a second sports watch from a watchmaker that deserves more credit. By far the best integrated bracelet
