Victoria, please stop allowing others to minimize your experience. Please let them go, it’s okay to choose the family you want versus the family you were given. Live your best life, you can tell there’s a lot that you have swallowed and kept in. Release that, allow yourself to feel those emotions-it was your reality and the only way out is to just go through all that you’ve been forced to keep inside of you. Remember that the body truly does hold the truth and you need to let that out so that your own body doesn’t work against you in the future. I’m sending you so much love, so much light so that you can know it isn’t just darkness in this world. 💙💛🌻

I cannot imagine what Victoria felt. Victoria should just build those boundaries and separate from them sometimes our own family likes to see us suffer. When I was 19 my manager went through something similar and watching her cry was the most heart breaking thing to live bc there was literally no words to make them feel better. 😕
