I just finished my real estate license courses, just waiting to take my final test. I am also 18 and just graduated high school, I’m going to a small college to major in business administration just so I have some knowledge. It’s a great path to go down!

I would go with the white car bc black ones in the heat can be a pain. I have a black sedan and when i get in it’s 10x hotter than my friend’s white truck. Thats just something to consider especially with a black interior it can be hard to sit in in the heat

Do not be in a big hurry to move out on your own. If you and your fam get along and you can pretty much do what you want stay as long as you can. Do not worry about the college thing either. If i had it all to do over i would not go to college and would have learned a trade instead. Societal expectations change constantly and are not always a good fit for everyone. You need to do YOU. Always try to remember this advice.

Even though you’re literally a KZfaqr and live on the opposite side of the country from me every time you do talking videos like this I feel like I’m catching up with a friend because we’re the same age and I have been watching your channel since like 7th grade.

Long as you don't have parents trying to kick you out the house stay as long as you want. Some people never leave. I lived with my parents until I was 21 then went to the Universtiy of FL for 2 years & lived in a Dorm. Then I moved back in with my parents for about a year while I was working & saving up some money. I then bought a Mobile Home far out in the country close to where I worked at & stayed there for about 6 years. Then I moved back in with my parents for a couple years & later got an apartment with my younger brother & have been his roommate every since. However I do still visit my parents one or 2 days a week & usually stay at their house at least one night per week. So definitely nothing wrong in spending time with parents, enjoy them as long as you possibly can.

I can tell you that after graduating high school it does feel weird especially when you're so used to getting up and going to school. When I graduated I thought I still had to go school in the fall, not college but high school. For awhile it will feel strange but you'll get used to it. Traveling sounds so much fun with or without someone or group. There are times you want to be alone to do the things you want that your Traveling companion does not.

Don't rush to move out. Save money and be financially prepared. I moved out 22. I lived with roommates for about two years and in the span of that met my husband. It was a great transition for me personally (we didn't live together until we got married) Also you are doing great girl. I know you've probably had some hard moments but you are doing great. Speaking as a real estate broker myself..it can be challenging but very rewarding. It also takes up a lot more of your time than you may realize. And be prepared to pay a lot fees and you will have to find your own clients. They are not provided for you. Just a few things I've learned. But I'm sure you'll do great!

Its def not a bad thing to take some time off before deciding to go to college. Pretty sure when you're ready to there are degrees that have real estate and finance investment at different universities. Can always take classes part time too so you dont have as big of a load.

After I graduated from college moved back in with parents for a few years. Then stayed with my cousin when I moved to DC for an internship that turned into a full time job. Only reason I moved on my own was my cousin is in the military and was stationed somewhere else. Totally understand not being ready to move out on your own. Also it’s expensive.
