The similarity between Chizuru Kagura and Jun Kazama strikes my eye.

Well, I watched this video and noticed a couple of mistakes. I swear I checked it before uploading, but maybe my attention was focused on other things. I said “made me think” and in the next sentence I said “made me thought”. I’m not sure what happened. I suppose I wanted to say “gave me a thought” to avoid a repeat, but smth went wrong. Another terrible mistake was made automatically, but I could fix it by changing the settings. I don’t like people stretching old games to widescreen. And I did it in my video. I didn’t notice it then, but now it’s like a pain in my eyes. Tekken 2 is not in 4:3. How could I miss it? Chizuru’s face looks normal in KOF 96, but I’ve compared it to the game just to be sure. Yeah, it’s in 4:3. Sorry guys, I was in a rush. I forgot that impression of similarity after watching Tekken 8 trailer. And I was afraid to forget it for the second time after watching the KOF tournament.

There's also the fact that both these women returned to their franchises after a very long break. Chizuru was last seen in kof 2003 while Jun's last canonical appearance was Tekken 2

I mean, everyone kinda remember both of them because they have a lot of similarities. By themselves, each of this similarities are not something be note of, but with all of this together now that is different story. 1. Both are black haired. One of the similarities that is nothing to be noted of 2. Both are using white headband. Same as above 3. Both have white theme. 4. Both act like middle figure of 2 clashing men 5. Both are very important to the story yet almost never appear. 6. Both are pure. 7. Both tries to excorcise evil 8. Both come back after being requested by fans for a long time. 9. Both are graceful. 10. Both are Asian women This is not just falsefully equate them, there's a lot of similarities to equate them that once you see someone you immediately figure their similarities. If they only share one or two similarities, their equivalence are exxageration but they have a lot. And possibly more than I haven't think of.

I don't care I love both, i miss Chizuru and Jhun a lot they are missed long time. I just staying calm and appreciate the return of the two most powerful and elegant ladies in FGC.

Jun definitely is the o.g. Tekken 2 came out in 94. So chiziru looks like Jun technically.

No, Jun's original outfit was different in Tekken 2. Chizuru looks the same from the very beginning.

I see there are others who noticed how very much alike T8 jun and chizuru look. I didn't see anyone mention or say it when the trailer was shown. I thought i was the only one who saw similarities between the two at the time.

I think among KOF community it wil click resemblance right away but not among FGC like yes both wear white and Jun always associated with white color and headband since her debut before Chizuru but other than color, their clothes actually different Jun look more elegant while Chizuru more practical (more like Jun in T2) Chizuru wearing shirt while Jun wearing dress and designed by Mari Shimazaki, I doubt she aware of Chizuru existence to begin with and her design inspired by Jun herself from old parts (specifically T2's P2 and Tag1 white dress from the opening)

I don't think anyone takes it seriously. King and some other characters look almost exactly the same each game, also there's customization for a reason
