Abby saying, “ yay she’s finally gone” after saying such an awful thing to Chloe and Christi is just low.

We’ve seen Abby insult a candy apple child about her ears out of no where on TV. That was a child she didn’t even know, and people don’t think Abby would stoop that low to a child that she DESPISED? ….sure

i think it's really ironic how cathy and joanne, who were portrayed as the "enemies", spoke out about abby making fun of chloe's medical condition but the aldc moms didn't...

Honestly this is where Dance Moms really lost it's spark IMO. Yeah Holly and Nia were still there but with Kelly and Christi and Brooke, Paige, and Chloe also gone it was just never the same.

Abby was truly evil to Chloe. This episode is so hard to watch, more so the whole season. You can see how alone Christi feels after Kelly leaving and how divided it was. Abby never stopped trying to tear down and destroy a child. Truly sad

Wow abby had the nerve to say that when they left. But wanted to act innocent in s5e1. Saying “chloe was welcome to come back it not my fault “ she knew exactly what she was doing and it was awful to see them go through that.

I respect Holly for keeping the kids out of it. It seems everytime theres a dispute, the first defense is “youre jealous of my kid” or “you think my child is a liar or something mean” when in reality its just moms trying to hold one another accountable for their actions.

Abby said in a recent video that “it was never the kid” well then why did you treat this kid so poorly? Chloe was 13 years old and felt so defeated that she knew her solo wasn’t going to win. She had no more confidence or desire for dance for Abby to take away yet she somehow still could. Abby is despicable and disgusting for what she did to Chloe and Christi

Even through the notes you can feel Christi’s stress and frustration. This was such an emotional week from day one to the competition.

Ive rewatched the show back to back from season 1 till 6, and the change in Chloe is HEARTBREAKING. In the first couple seasons she was sassy and smiley she would make cute comments and faces and dance around, by season 4 she was literally like a zombie. Emotionless just standing there. It was so so sad to see how abby broke her, Im glad she left and I wish she left earlier so that Abby wouldnt do this to her.

For those of you that don’t know Tami (Tea’s mom) who was standing right next to Christi when Abby said it on the show, she confirmed that Abby definitely told Christi “fix that eye” when I asked her on Instagram

The part about cathy apologizing makes sense to me because I remember Christi commenting that Cathy was the only person to comfort her that day

this episode always kills me to watch. you can see how tired and broken Chloe and Christi were from dealing with all that torment. i’m glad Chloe found her love for dance again and that they’re both doing better after the show

Considering the eye comment was left out, there could have been a lot more disgusting behavior on Abby's part excluded from those notes

My problem with Melissa is she deflects the truth, and even Abby has admitted that everything the moms said was true. But Melissa constantly acts like the victim when people talk about the horrible things Abby does, and she allows it

I swear this was the episode that marks Dance Mom’s official downhill slope in quality. I lost almost all motivation to continue once Christi and Chloe left. Then ALDC moved to LA and suddenly there was a new unnamed, stock kid and her mom every other episode.

As someone who worked in reality TV someone’s boss definitely said “don’t write that.”

Punishing Chloe just to get red of Christi is disgusting. Abby admitted in the past that she does it ON PURPOSE because it’s the child’s distress that actually gets the parents “to stop acting out.” Completely sick. All of the girls probably need specialized counseling for PTSD from reality television shows (it’s a real thing; many singing/talent show people need it)
