A machine falling for a human and vice versa, it was all romance for me.. Then Growing up, I started to think this was ridiculous, but hearing this song brought me back to the same old days when I was still a kid with no worries munching chips while watching the series. I loved it, and no doubt, I still like it. 💕

I don't know if Chobits should be classified as a romance anime... nothing romantic happens although after rewatching it just the other day and reading up on every hidden piece of trivia I could find I found that the Persocoms series, and Chobits series aren't robots, because they are programmed not to follow Asimov's 3 laws of Robotics but instead they follow a set of laws made by Chitose Hibiya and her husband: Ichiro Mihara

Chobits... Such good memories mixed with pain. When this was airing my friend's sister got him into anime with this. He didn't like it then but it led into a love for anime in general. Then a few years later she committed suicide. Now me and he both love this show. Even though it hurts... It feels good to share in something she loved.
