This virtual agile game I modified from another game I found online called the "Chocolate bar game". While many may learn different lessons from this game, the intent was to teach about customer feedback, Product ownership, and balancing delivering value with technical constraints.

Goal: To make the chocolate bar most attractive to your customers
The Chocolate Bar game works as a Scrum simulation. The goal is to create a chocolate bar to please your customers within the constraints ... or at least the majority of them...over the course of three rounds! Good Luck!
First Choose your players!
Please note:
- For teams of 5 there should be 1 PO, 1 person team (..yes I know there is no such thing as a one man team... go with it), and 3 customers
- For teams of between 5-10 keep the team five but add any additional players to customer slots
- The game consists of rounds 4 rounds of two phases
- Phase 1: The Team/PO - 2 minutes
- Phase 2: PO/Customer Feedback - 3 minutes
