Ah this looks great!! The only sad thing is that every time I try to make shaved ice like that, by the time I place it in a bowl it melts 🥲🥲 I guess my bowl is too warm lol.

it's unsweetened! I use unsweetened because I added sweetened condensed milk which is pretty sweet~

This may sound wierd for some but I like the fact that you are touching food with you hands without gloves..I hate gloves

Haha not weird, I wash my hands before I cook or make food so it’s all good! I don’t really use gloves because I want to avoid using plastic 🥲
