Ingredients:
Dark chocolate 120g
butter 100g
all purpose flour 1 cup
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup
cocoa Powder 2tbsp
baking powder 1/2 tsp
milk 1/2 cup
vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
baking time in oven : preheated oven 170c & bake for 25 - 30 mins.
for chocolate ganache:
cocoa powder 1tbsp
flour 2tbsp
sugar 1/4 cup
milk 350ml
dark chocolate 80g
butter 60g
some white chocolate on top

Я сделала этот рецепт, получилось очень сытно. делала всей семье , 4 порции. каждый наелся, так что учтите это. если будете готовить себе, то большая часть десерта останется в холодильнике)). получилось ооочень вкусно, учитывая то, что без яиц ставлю все 5 звёзд)

Measurements in grams are always accurate as opposed to cups. Get a weight machine if you are a seasonal baker! You will be grateful.
