It weighs 55lbs of dark chocolate and reach 5ft tall.

This is legitimately one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. Lathes, wheels, just all of the tools and knowledge it takes to make something like this is mind blowing! 😍

I watched the Netflix show in one setting. He is amazing!! And what was so cool and interesting about this “reality” show is that Chef truly wanted his students to learn from him! No one got kicked off. It is a fun and YUMMY show to watch!!

@greenMT. You will really enjoy it. And as you said, not cutthroat like some of the other cooking shows. Do they want to win? Of course. But it seems as if they are just enjoying how much they learn. As you say, truly a breath of fresh air!!

Lets be honest, you came in here after watching "School of Chocolate" on Netflix. A great show by a great artist. Loved the show with no politics, bitching (may be a little) and only learning.

Estaba buscando una pelicula en netflix y vi la presentacion de tu serie- clase y.... me dejaste mas q feliz, me encanta hacer chocolate( solo se hacer cosas basicas), t felicito haces postres maravillosos aunque lo mejor de ti, es la forma tan resperuosa cuando tienes q criticar , Q lejos d sentirse mal los participantes, tu forma de criticar les hace querer mejorar un fuerte abrazo desde Lima-Peru' y desde ahora no m perdere tus videos.
