Chocolate Cherries!

This 4.5ft tall 100% chocolate creation of two oversized cherries took me 3 days to craft and turned out to be much harder to make than anticipated! I love the simple look of the finale result and the red color effect!
What fruit should I do next?

I'm so glad he's showing us more of the actual sculpting process again. Watching him work is the best part of these videos if you ask me. His process is so fascinating. Some recent videos have been so heavy on the magic transition cuts that we barely get to see him work at all. But here the magic cuts are tastefully sprinkled in with a sense of art and practicality, to create a much more balanced and entertaining video. And of course the end product is deliciously gorgeous as always!

To me this is one of your best. It looks simple and elegant belying the complexity of its construction. Next, how about something small that we could make at home? An instructional video perhaps a lot longer than your usual. I’d love to try to make something that only used 5 or 6 bars of chocolate. Something achievable.

Amazing. At first I was thinking "but how did he make that green leaf?" 01:53 but then I realised - that's an actual leaf. A pomegranate might be a fun fruit to make - the seeds could be little edible chocolates.
