■Chocolate cupcake
100g sweet chocolate
30g heavy cream
70g unsalted butter
70g sugar
1g salt
2 eggs
80g cake flour
20g ground almonds
10g cocoa powder
3g baking powder
■Chestnut cream
5 - 6 Marron glacé
70g heavy cream
7g sugar
cocoa powder

Thank you so much Hidamari, every time I tried your recipe all came out good, it courages me a lot. It was the most moisture and delicious chocolate cupcakes I have ever had. Usually I don’t like when chocolate mix with soda powder, you can really smell a weird soap flavor, but this recipe I baked twice tried two different chocolates , none of them had that. P.s. I use 12 cupcakes mold, this recipe can make 10 normal size cupcakes, and I stuffed 5g Nutella inside, it was amazing ❤️

お菓子が美味しそうなのはもちろんだけど、道具や食器などの清潔感と可愛さ、動作の丁寧さに毎回釘付けになります。無駄な音がないのも良いですね！海外からのコメントが多いのもそういう理由でしょうね。なんか見ていて落ち着く、という感じの料理動画はあまり海外のチャンネルにはないのかも？
