4 cups all purpose flour

Oil dough:
2 cups all purpose flour

Chocolate filling:
1/2 cup cocoa powder(unsweetened)
1 1/2 cups sugar(more or less)
1 tsp instant coffee powder
pinch of salt
410ml evaporated milk
7 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp margarine
