Well sure... but I'm pretty sure that once it becomes "artistic masterpiece" there's supposed to me some kinda moratorium about eating it. Maybe it's just me, but they all mentally transform into "museum quality sculpture" when he's done. "Edible" just isn't.... on the menu.

I also LOVE his smile. Now the "mess" you spoke of, are you referring to (your version), of his chocolate Masterpieces, or the utensils/molds/etc he uses to make his creations? I asking cause the 1st one, YOU CAN DO AS WELL! (It's NOT going to be easy, will take FOREVER, ALL of your patience, & total dedication. Maybe even some confidence building classes, & possibly therapy afterwards. But, possible!) & The 2nd, if you clean as you go, there really isn't a mess in the end!
