Chocolate Red Dragon!

You may already know that I absolutely love making dragons. This one is very dear to me. It was done 4 years ago in Taiwan during one of my Masterclasses. It is called the “Red Dragon” or “The Gold Thief”. It took 4 days, almost 40lbs of chocolate, and a lot of love!

Amaury is without a doubt the Michelangelo of anything that has to do with baking, chocolate and probably so much more!!!! His work is absolutely amazing!!!! He creates such beautiful works of art!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰

this man NEVER ceases to amaze me. so many small details are made that if any are missing or messed up it would ruin this whole thing. but as usual, you don't disappoint.

I swear your art teachers have to be extremely proud of you!! You sculpt with chocolate like people do with clay and you do it so well most of us can only imagine how you do it... even when we watch you

Mushu the dragon from Mulan animation has grown full size. The figure's pose & proportion, the details ,the well balance size I think this is one of your best creations.

Mushu is a chinese dragon, they tend towards the slender or even serpentine in body (some like Zhulong having outright snake bodies). They also don't usually have wings (though a rare few do like the Yinglong), swimming through the sky and clouds instead. This is clearly a european dragon: more rotund and lizard-like, with large leathery wings.

When I first started watching your videos, I literally found myself shaking my head all the time in disbelief of how well you make these... and how smart you have to be to think of how to do things! After viewing every video you have and everyone that I'm notified about, guess what... Nothings changed! Haha. I still shake my head on disbelief! Every. Single. Time. Ha
