I've tried this recipe 5 times and it's reall good. My insights: You can replace 1tsp vinegar with 1 lemon and the fresh creame with 3/4th milk and 1/4th butter. If your cake burns from top, bake at lower temperature, and keep an aluminium foil over it after 20 mins of baking. I replace the oil with 3/4th oil and 1/4th butter, for a little crumbly texture and add 1tsp of coffee power, it enhances the chocolate flavour. Overall, this is an amazing recipe.

Love your style of cooking.You don't make things complicated. Keep it as simple as possible.

Thank u so much for this recpie i have made like 7-8 times this recpie.this is the best and easiest one, And i ve learned a lot in the process too and upgraded it with my hit and trials. I would like to share mine 1.Instead of vinegar you can use 1 tbsp of lemon juice and filter it out there shouldn't be any pulp even it that 1 tbsp. 2. When you are mixing sugar in the milk mix a lot. For reference i have a 30 g measuring cup i got from my protein powder box. I mix atleast 100 gm (3-3.5 scoops). Also use whole fat milk if possible. Taste the milk it would be awefully sweet but that will just even out when mixed with flours mixture 3. When sieving/filtering and mixing the flours and cocoa powder mix atleast 60g cocoa powder if you want that truffle kind of taste from your baked cake. And a 1 rs packet of bru coffee/nescafe also gives a good hint of bitter chocolate taste. Also for the quantity of all purpose flour mentioned here add like 2-3 tbsp of corn flour/ararot /tikki waala aata(easily available in local shops for 10 rs) I ve seen other videos they say its the combination of both that makes cake flour. I tried this and i felt cake was much more sturdy These 3 changes to this recipie gave me an awesome baked chocolate cake even without the ganache it taste heavenly. Earlier if i followed the measuring quantities mentioned in this recepie the cake always turned out good but the cake was always kind of gave me the hint of raw flour and doughy texture and was less sweet. Maybe its not the same for everyone and its just my taste preference anyway hope it helps anyone who feels the same. And guys never forget to put a lot of butter/ghee etc in your baking mould before transfering batter. Otherwise cake will stick out and break. I suffered twice not following that. And thanks again for this great recipe.
