Super Delicious Chocolatey Ragi Banana cake recipe without White sugar, Eggs & Butter.
🔅Ingredients : 1 loaf cake
* 2 Bananas 🍌
* 3 tbsp Oil
* 5 tbsp Jaggery/Preferred Sugar
* 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
* 1/2 cup Milk
* 3/4 cup Ragi/Finger millet flour
* 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
* 1/2 tsp Baking powder
* 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
* 1/4 cup chopped Walnuts
Bake time: 355F for 35 to 40 mins in preheated oven.
Kadai: Preheat Kadai for 10 mins with stand, place cake tin, Cover & bake for 35 to 40 mins. Check once after 30 mins.

Good evening 🎉 Thanks for this amazingly yummy cake recipe! Tried it! Loved it! However just a quick clarification, the next day my cake is stringy when I cut a piece of it. Is that normal with ragi based cakes ? Thank you again ma'am 🎉

Yeah raagi tends to harden with time ( that too in the refrigerator). Slightly cut a piece & heat both sides in a oven or pan for few secs only not more like you toast a bread. It ll come back to its form.

Hi...I made this cake yesterday.. it turned out tasty but felt little grainy when eaten...any idea what might be the reason...I added white sugar..other than that I made exactly what is said

May be because of the Ragi flour, check if the flour is grainy. Use a different brand next time. I mostly use sprouted Ragi flour for baking. It turned out amazing for me all the time
