[갈비떡찜 재료]
- 주재료 -
소고기(등심) 400g, 청주 2큰술, 소금 약간, 후춧가루 약간, 흑설탕 2큰술, 물 ½컵(100ml), 가래떡 200g, 전분물 2큰술, 꿀 1작은술, 참기름 1큰술, 채 썬 대파 5g, 채 썬 홍고추 약간, 통깨 1작은술
- 양념 재료 -
진간장 5큰술, 설탕 2큰술, 물엿 2큰술, 청주 3큰술, 다진 마늘 2작은술, 참기름 1작은술, 후춧가루 약간 파인애플 주스 ½컵(100ml), 간 양파 2큰술, 배 주스 3큰술
[갈비떡찜 레시피]
1. 소고기 큐브 모양으로 썬 뒤 청주 넣고 버무리기
2. 진간장, 설탕, 물엿, 청주, 다진 마늘, 참기름, 후춧가루, 파인애플 주스, 간 양파, 배 주스 섞어 양념 만들기
3. 가래떡 길게 2등분하기
4. 달군 냄비에 기름 두른 뒤 소고기 굽다가 소금, 후춧가루 뿌리기
5. 흑설탕 넣고 볶아 가며 굽기
6. 양념, 물 넣고 뚜껑 덮어 20분 정도 조리기
7. 가래떡 넣고 조린 뒤 전분물, 꿀 넣기
8. 참기름 두르기
9. 그릇에 갈비떡찜 담은 뒤 채 썬 대파, 홍고추, 통깨 곁들이기

[Galbitteokjjim ingredients]
- Main ingredients-
400g of loin, 2 tbsp cheongju, some salt, some pepper, 2 tbsp dark brown sugar, 100ml (1/2 cup) water, 200g rice cake stick, 2 tbsp starch slurry, 1 tsp honey, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 5g sliced green onion, some chopped red chili pepper, 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Sauce ingredients -
5 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp starch syrup, 3 tbsp cheongju, 2 tsp minced garlic, 1 tsp sesame oil, some pepper, 100ml (1/2 cup) pineapple juice, 2 tbsp blended onion, 3 tbsp pear juice
[Galbitteokjjim recipe]
1. Cut beef into cubes, then add cheongju to marinate
2. Mix the ingredients to make the sauce: dark soy sauce, sugar, starch syrup, cheongju, minced garlic, sesame oil, pepper, pineapple juice, blended onion, and pear juice
3. Cut rice cake sticks vertically into halves
4. Roast beef in a heated pot with oil, then season with salt and pepper
5. Toss it with dark brown sugar and roast
6. Boil it down with water and the sauce for 20 minutes
7. Simmer it with rice cake sticks, then add starch slurry and honey
8. Drizzle sesame oil
9. Put the finished galbitteokjjim on a dish and garnish it with chopped green onion, red chili pepper, and sesame seeds
