- 주재료 -
새우 200g, 맛술 2큰술, 양파 130g, 당근 70g, 쪽파 20g, 표고버섯 20g, 밥 410g, 슬라이스 치즈 2장, 굴소스 2작은술, 다진 홍고추 10g, 다진 청양고추 10g, 참기름 2t, 버터 10g, 어린잎 채소 10g, 김 가루 5g, 노른자 1개, 통깨 1작은술, 소금 약간, 후춧가루 약간
- 간장 양념 재료 -
진간장 1큰술, 설탕 2작은술, 참기름 1작은술, 물 1큰술, 고추냉이 1작은술

[새우 돌솥비빔밥 레시피]
1. 새우 먹기 좋은 크기로 다진 뒤 맛술 넣어 버무리기
2. 양파, 당근 쪽파, 표고버섯 먹기 좋은 크기로 작게 썰기
3. 진간장, 설탕, 참기름, 물, 고추냉이 섞어 간장 양념 만들기
4. 뚝배기에 밥 넣은 뒤 치즈 올려 약불에 달구기
5. 달군 팬에 기름 두른 뒤 양파, 당근 볶다가 표고버섯, 소금, 후춧가루, 새우 넣고 볶기
6. 쪽파 넣고 볶다가 굴소스 넣고 볶기
7. 다진 홍고추, 다진 청양고추 넣고 볶기
8. 뚝배기에 참기름 두른 뒤 새우볶음 올리고 노른자 곁들이기
9. 버터, 김 가루, 통깨 넣은 뒤 어린잎 채소 올리기

Today's dish is shrimp dolsotbibimbap with a special soy sauce
and spicy and nutty shrimp bibimbap that blows your stress away!

[Shrimp dolsotbibimbap X Shrimp bibimbap ingredients]
- Main ingredients -
200g shrimps, 2 tbsp cooking wine, 130g onion, 70g carrot, 20g scallion, 20g shiitake mushroom, 410g rice, 2 slices of cheese, 2 tsp oyster sauce, 10g chopped red chili pepper, 10g chopped Cheongyang pepper, 2 tsp sesame oil, 10g butter, 10g baby greens, 5g laver flakes, 1 egg yolk, 1 tsp whole sesame seeds, some salt, some pepper
- Soy sauce seasoning ingredients -
1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp horseradish
- Gochujang sauce ingredients -
1 tbsp gochujang, 2 tsp sugar, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 tsp horseradish
[Shrimp dolsotbibimbap recipe]
1. Chop shrimps to right sizes and marinate with cooking wine
2. Chop onions, carrots, scallion, and shiitake mushroom into small pieces
3. Mix dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, water, and horseradish to make soy sauce seasoning
4. Put some cooked rice in a hot pot and put cheese on top of the rice to melt on low heat
5. Pour some oil into a heated pan and stir-fry onion and carrot first. Then add shiitake mushroom and shrimp with salt and pepper to stir-fry.
6. Add scallions to stir-fry, then add oyster sauce
7. Add chopped red chili pepper and Cheongyang pepper and stir-fry
8. Drizzle sesame oil around the hot pot and add fried shrimp and egg yolk
9. Add butter, laver flakes, sesame seeds, and put baby greens to garnish
