Ingredients:
Chole :
Soaked chole - 1.5 cups
Onion - 3
tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick- 1 inch
Black cardamom -1
Tea leaves - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 6
Mace - 1/2 inch
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Green cardamom - 3
Nutmeg - 1 pinch
Black pepper - 10
Dry Red chilli - 6
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ghee -2 tbsp
Ginger - 2 inch
Garlic cloves - 10
Aamchur powder -1 tsp
Bhature :
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Sooji /rava - 1/3 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Sugar -1 tsp
Water

Hi Kabita. We tried bature yesterday, they came out absolutely delicious & were better than any restaurant bought ones. We followed your recipe to the T. Instead of chole, we used dal & made it with the same masalas you told to put in chole...so that became masala dal. Both were too good. Thank you!

Yesterday , I tried your recipe step by step and trust me it came out to be incredible , even better than the restaurants . Everyone in my family liked it a lot !!!
