4:25 good Lord that is absolutely terrifying. You can just barely make out the outline of his face and fangs from the light he emits and his eyes just reflect enough light that they look truly frightening. If that was in game, you’d know Charles was there from the light but beyond that, you wouldn’t be able to tell how big he is and that is even scarier. Charles as a concept is already very scary, but we see how big he is. He’s large, true, but in our train we are comparable in size and, from that, we stand a chance at beating him. Here, he’s much larger but we don’t know how much larger he is than us and that uncertainty, coupled with the darkness and panic would make him seem even bigger.

I’d like to see someone actually mod the dark night, but Charles only sees you when his light hits you or he can see your light.

I can’t wait for an accurate trains mod to be honest!! …as a train enthusiast myself - one of the things I would have wanted to do is work with the creator the the game, to brain storm an actual train mechanic, were to keep your train going you’d need coal and water, easily accessible via trips and missions to the mines and sea or swamp. And small cosmetic changes like working side pistons and a realistic cabin to work, control and operate the fire box in. And maybe instead of having a rear platform on one engine, you’d have multiple cars you can find, build, and hook up on the island, each with different guns and explosives that make up a true military combate train. You could operate it solo, or do missions to have others on the island join you and fight together. i’d think that’d be so cool! Kudos to anyone who actually took the time to read this 😅😂

At 7:23 thats actually his death face, after he is impaled, his face is replaced with this "skinless" skull. The eyes are darker cause they have been well gouged out, if you can move the camera during the death scene/credits up close you will see this. But it does make for a good Hell Charles face eh lol.
