Lol - Wyll is worse. I didn't even break up with him, I'm with Astarion from the beginning - but I made the mistake to say I wanna see him dance. Gosh - he gave me the look of a beaten puppy when I rejected him. Mr. "I f*cked a Goddess" is as cool as an ice cube compared with that.

I friendzoned him so he wouldn’t have to suffer the pain during the weave scene I chose dinner as friends then the next cutscene in act 2 with the pretty scene he makes I stayed with him just so he wouldn’t be alone. My Tav was already with Astarian and intends to stand by him. My neutral Druid can be a little naughty but majority makes morally good choices if not nuetral. She she’s the kindness he desperately needed. She would’ve been great for Halsin tbh lol becuase she’s a friend to animals preferring them to people since she can be kind and sweet but is usually a little prickly until she’s warmed up to you.

I did this once. I forget I'd flirted with him. Once i got this scene i was taken aback how hurt he sounded. The voice actors are simply phenomenal. I reloaded and chose Gale. Now I've romanced him and Ascended Astarion twice.

This is why I have 4 files! One for Spawn Astarion, one for Ascended Astarion, one for GOA Gale, one for Just good old Plain Gale, and now Imma have to make a 5th one because I’ve rebuffed Wyll for a third time and I can’t stand his face when I have to turn away. Wyll needs to get his chance.

I literally have to make this decision now and I cannot bring myself to hurt Gale. Seems like I need to make another run where I only romance Astarion. It's a shame you cannot have both

I need to do something similar too, because my evil cleric of Lolth (Lolth-Sworn drow) is dangerously headed towards "Gale actually fixed me, I'm good now". I want to do an evil playthrough but I also want to try romancing Gale after finishing one with romanced, not-ascended Astarion run, and being between act 2 and 3 as resisting Durge right now, with romancing Astarion who I won't ascend. Praise Lolth but also, I feel like the Weave scene made my character think she can have nice things and it's nice, and that's not what I was going for, but I can't bring myself to being mean to those companion pixel people and say "I'm not interested in your blasphemous magic, surface dweller" or whatever 😭. It'd probably be easier if I had another save parallel to the evil one, where I could go to make all the good choices I want to 😢.
