Gemstones can help us set and amplify intention when we meditate, and just like us, they have crystal "friends" that can amplify certain characteristics (just like that friend in high school who always brought out your wild side!).
Learning the character of each stone is important, and once you become familiar with the basic traits of common crystals, you can begin to see how they play with each other, augmenting power and helping you achieve your goals through meditation and visualization.
In this video, I cover using aromatic wood beads (they're an offering to the spirits!), various forms of quartz like amethyst, citrine, celestial quartz, phantom quartz, lithium quartz, as well as red tiger eye, howlite, kyanite, labradorite, and lepidolite.
