For more than a decade, Tommy Baker has led a group of week-end bikers on rides literally all across America. Along the way, he decided they should call themselves "The Ice Cream Men From Hell." He designed a patch and gave the 'colors' to the riders he thought were worthy. They weren't an official Motorcycle Club, but maybe - one day - they'll try. That day has finally arrived. Baker put together the quintessential biker journey - a biker boot camp - to see if he and his buddies have what it takes to be a real Motorcycle Club - an M.C. - an American M.C. Getting seventeen men, from all walks of life and three states together is the first mission - and it doesn't go smoothly. Once they all meet up and start riding together - five minutes in, one of them goes down.

I met a guy who used to run with the Hell’s Angels of Holland about 10 years ago. He had very deep scars running up and down both arms. Almost resembling a really nasty burn. Apparently when he left the gang he was forced to “give back” all his Hell’s Angels affiliated tattoos so they completely cut them out by removing his skin. Pretty gnarly stuff.

But there is an extreme allure when it comes to these guys. They get tons of girls, have crazy parties, ride and live outside of the law, and command respect everywhere they go. People literally dedicate their lives to becoming a patch holder and spend years proving themselves time and time again from within the support and funnel clubs. I've been around a ton of the 1%er guys in South Texas and I can assure you that the payoff is worth it for the people that are geared for that lifestyle.

When I was a kid, I used to get payed by some really cool guys down the road to hand wash their truck they had. They also had some really nice motorcycles I wasn’t allowed to touch. There was never any trouble with gangs, drugs or issues in the neighborhood. You had to go about a mile away for that stuff. Always a safe and quiet neighborhood. They left and about a month later all that crap showed up. Several years later I found out they were Hells Angels.

@@jamesluokkala6541 Aye, better them than sum like actual Crips. HA's brought order where they came, and most likely, they sent that shit to a different area, with non-rival MC's. They may not have been the complete, spotless heroes, but I'd prefer them over sum like Crips or Black Disciples. Bikers almost never initiate unprovoked attacks on civilians, and usually are chill, and if you don't bother them, they won't bother you. Street Gangs, on the other hand, are completely wreckless on most accounts, and are very likely to carjack, mug or shoot you.

I grew up around the Pegans MC. My neighborhood was quiet because of them and all the mobsters that lived in my neighborhood. Roy Demeo and Carlo Gambino lived in my area. My uncle grew up with the leader of the club I mentioned above. They had a big hangout at a bar in my town. They watched me grow up and were always respectful.

@D D buddy, its not the angels fault that people are addicted to drugs, and if they didn't sell them someone else would. Prostitution is legal in Canada and if someone wants to sell there body who are you to tell them otherwise. The only people they "bully, beat, and murder" are people who fucked up and owe them money or are going to rat on them or pedophiles. I'm just saying I would much rather the hells angels (I live in the same area as a whole bunch of hells angels) then some bloods or yakusa or cartel or basically any other organized crime organization. It's not misdirection, its a fact. The angels do way more for my community than I've seen the church do. Just something to think about
