detailsmove a lot of people knew how good Kawhi was because we’ve seen it in the past. I was a little cautious about declaring him top 3 or even best player because of the quad thing and he sat out a lot this year. But right now Kawhi is picking up right where he left off in game 1 of the 2017 WCF right before Zaza was ordered by Steve Kerr to take him out.

What Chris Broussard said at the beginning its the meaning of what Kenny Smith was actually saying in the after game show on TNT, he just doesnt explain correctly and many people said that Kenny was wrong in so many levels, but actually I agree with him and Broussard. A true championship team defeat adversity, not always is pretty or easy, it came from adversity and is when you know what are you made of, this will be the toughest match for the Bucks. Toronto gained momentum since game 3 tho, really good defensive team.

2015 Warriors won 67 games and won the championship after two 1st round knockouts as a 6th seed before.

There are plenty of examples of young teams and players winning with a lot less experience than the Bucks. Giannis just finished his 6th season. He ain't a pup. Magic, Kareem, Bird, Russell, and Duncan all won within two years of entering the league.

@@ryangaire950 Well, sure, no one said they won alone. But, outside of Magic, all those guys were far and away the best player on their respective team. BTW, McHale was just a rookie in '81 and Bird played fine in the Finals. His shooting was mediocre because the Rockets were keying in on him, but he put up a stat line of 15.3 ppg, 15.3 rpg, 7 apg, and 2.3 spg and iced games 1 and 6. Besides, the guy played out of his mind getting Boston out of a 3-1 hole the 76ers in the Eastern Conference Finals. They won the last 3 games of that series by a combined total of 5 points. Watch the last 5 minutes of Game 7 of that series. Bird was all over the place.

If the Golden State Warriors ever read this, here I make my plea to execs, coaches and players: win EVERY game. Score 200 points in a few games. Make zero turnovers. Get ALL the offensive rebounds. I'll start with these four challenges but, rest assured, we can get more creative for the greatest basketball team ever assembled. My point is: challenge yourselves to never SETTLE. As you have pointed out on many occasions: we beat ourselves. How about you make the decision to NOT beat yourselves? Y'all want a compelling regular season run? Do it then. There's enough touches for everyone if you create them.

There is a possibility Kawhi goes to the 76ers, especially if Butler leaves and goes to the Lakers. Toronto would hate Kawhi forever if he did join the Sixers, but for Kawhi that would probably be his best move both in the short term and long term both for his health and championship aspirations. The Sixers are notorious for their "load management" program both with Embiid and Brett Brown knowing Kawhi and being a player's coach.

Winning IS challenging Chris. Just cuz you got superstars doesn't equate to championships. KD wants to win, and GSW knows how to win. Quit trying to split the Dynasty Chris and the rest of your ESPN crew.

KD can't be on the bench because people would know he has an achilles injury. If you have an achilles injury, you would have to bind the leg down to the foot whereas a calf sprain would only be local. It would be obvious to observers what kind of injury he has. With his free agency coming soon, they want to show as least they can. The team would be mad and the environment toxic if he just didnt wan't to be here for no reason. The team is behind him and understand why he's missing.

The competitive spirit is not what it used to be. Imagine ewing or reggie miller going to play with jordan after getting knocked outta the playoffs. They wanted to beat the other best players not join forces. Ppl blame lebron but actually it was boston that made this come to fruition. If kd leaves I think the competition will get better because now ppl have something to prove. Kd will bring his best because eventually he'll have to beat gs to win a title and gs will prove they can do it without kd. Its a win win for the league and fans

These guys flip opinions on the hour. What conventional wisdom? All the stats showed that the Bucks where a championship team. The Warrior of 2015 got to the finals without ever going to a conference finals. They had a first round exit the previous year. So what now? If the Bucks win game 6 they'll talk about the Raptors not being able to close out at home and Giannis being favored to win it all?
