The circumstances and conditions that went into shaping and molding MJ the player, as well as his career, is unique unto itself. That's why from a historical standpoint, it's laughable and almost insulting to knowledgeable fans, to see/hear younger fans constantly trying to compare LeBron (or any of the Top tier wing/perimeter guys of the 00s - present) to MJ. Because they've ALL played (or are still playing) under rules that top league officials ADMIT, were specifically implemented, so that these current perimeter/wing players could impact/effect the game "like mike". And that's LARGELY what's responsible for them even being mentioned in the same sentence as MJ. That's what this generation either doesn't realize or just don't know...SMH

I’m 34 I’m considered a millennial and there is no way on gods green earth would I put anybody in this generation over Jordan, Lebron included. @NeoLegendX Right. Everyone calling this man a snake and soft like this man don't go out and ball on any and everyone. The league is still competitive even with GS. The west has a great top 8. The east has like 4 or 5 good teams each with a huge dropoff. Funny how no one was saying much with LeBron going to 7 straight finals coming from the cakewalk east.

Brent Thompson The team KD joined were already seen as a championship level team and a team that should've won back to back titles. Even though we assumed that the heat and cavs teams were supposed to have little trouble with three all stars the teams were still made and was not already proven like the warriors were.

@@supremegoesviral9922 You made two points. Firstly, LeBron was putting up about 30 points, 7 assists, and 8 rebounds on 50% shooting the 5 years before Miami. Kobe was putting up about 29 points, 5 assists and 6 rebounds on 45%. How's that even close? Secondly, those 76ers had Mutombo, who is considered one of the best defenders ever. The Cavs next best player was Zydrunas Ilgauskas. The 76ers were coached by all time coach Larry Brown. The Cavs were coached by Mike Brown.... Bruh what are you talking about?
