I'd say he isn't as outspoken as Arnold was or as charismatic, but the fact he's so relatable to a lot of people is what makes him stand out tbh. You can tell in his interviews and the way he interacts with people he's super down to earth and at times even seems a tad on the shy side, not taking anything from CBUM, but can see that.
