I ask myself how could we be so affected by the death of someone we not even knew personally? then I remember how many times his music touched my soul and I understand the reason why he'll always be part of my life

Chris was awsome in all those bands and in solo. Both bands were 2 of my favourites bands of all time. They had great names (and it's rare) with significant and simple meaning (thanks to Chris) and amazing songs that sounded like no one else. I would love your input on the first video of my first album. It got the attention of one of my heroes Joe Bouchard (ex bass player founding members of BÖC) but returns from people who likes same music is always the best. If you have just 3 minutes to listen and a bit more to comment, that would mean the world to me : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/htuPo5Sox8enkWw.html and our special cover of Madworld recorded and shot during the Covid19 Outbreak : kzfaq.info/get/bejne/ns6eer2E05OalGg.html

If I had nothing to my name But photographs of you Rescued from the flames That is all I would ever need As long as I can read What's written on your face The strength that shines Behind your eyes The hope and light That will never die And one promise you made One promise that always remains No matter the price A promise to survive Persevere and thrive As we've always done And you said The poison in a kiss Is the lie upon the lips True words were never shared When I feel like lies are all I hear I pull my memories near The one thing they can't take And one promise you made One promise that always remains No matter the price A promise to survive Persevere and thrive As we've always done The books still open on the table The bells still ringing in the air The dreams still clinging to the pillow The songs still singing in a prayer Now my soul is stretching through the roots To memories of you Back through time and space To carry home the faces and the names And photographs of you Rescued from the flames And one promise you made One promise that always remains No matter the price A promise to survive Persevere and thrive And dare to rise once more A promise to survive Persevere and thrive And fill the world with life As you've always done

A promise to survive Persevere and thrive....................... This man did not kill himself. Of that you can be certain. He like the singer from Linken Park were murdered because of the dangerous pedophilia conspiracies involving some very rich and powerful politicians and business tycoons that were threaten by these two's knowledge in that subject and those involved. Here are two brilliant quotes from 2 legendary people : Malcolm X said "The media's the most powerful entity on earth. They have the power to make the innocent guilty and to make the guilty innocent.” Media has the power to influence minds, ideas, behaviors, and attitudes of the masses. John Lennon “Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it.”

Theresa REDLINGER Me too. I see so many others having the same degree of grief, disbelief - unable to get a sense of relief. He has such a strong spiritual energy, a depth that others could feel so strong, it's always sad when we lose people, celebrities, public figures and others when they're so young and full of life, but this is different ~ maybe because the details of what happened don't add up, they make no sense, I don't know, but it's so REAL. He is, always will be a special soul. He connected with his fans on a deep level, none of it was phony, super genuine with a voice that'll never be matched.

Elle Dee : I definitely agree that the details just don't add up. I can honestly say from the moment I heard he died that the story wasn't right. Going over the autopsy reports, the timeline, and even listening to the 911 call, I really don't buy the story. I'm from Seattle and grew up listening to this type of music before it ever exploded around the world. His music saved me so many times. And I think that because he connected to his fans and his beautiful heart and soul shown through everything he did and he touched so many lives it is so hard to accept he's gone. My heart truly feels heavy as I know So many others do too. He touched so many more lives than he could ever know.

I applaud the producer of the video for not diluting the message of the song by making it a sappy look the life of Chris Cornell. The video shows War, violence, rescue and protest in impoverished Middle Eastern countries (which is what the song is about). I think that makes the video more potent and important in the discography of Cornells music. It shows the world as he left it, and it doesn't paint it in a good way. It's like a way of him telling us to be good to each other from beyond the grave.

They were involved in a documentary that was about to drop about human trafficking and then all of the sudden both dead. Doorknobs. Chris Cornell is my favorite and I knew he suffered from depression which made sense of a suicide. Don't google it, use duckduckgo. Robin Williams, Anthony Bourdain.....really? IT makes you wonder.....the list is long. There is no fucking way Chris killed himself. If you asked me last year I'd think that your nuts.

Chris I miss you so much. Thankyou for everything you did for me during our early Seattle days. I would probably be in a very bad place without your close friendship we had growing up together. I still have your duck-tape wallet you made for me in 1990 . I remember what you said one time during a wet Washington afternoon " Life isn't about Waiting for the storm to pass, it's about Learning to dance in the rain "

Fuck, Chris you died like one day before my beloved girlfriend, the love of my life, left me... I've been so sad since that time. I miss you and I miss her and right now the only thing I can do is crying in my bed and remember you by listening to your music and to all those 90s grunge bands I love. I hope you finally reached the peace you were looking for...and so I hope I will. I will never forget you. You help me dealing with my pain...I wish I could tell you all this. Who knows, maybe I meet you someday... Farewell, Sir

As bad as things get , and I know, take yourself away from what triggered the worst of feelings, whether in work , in a doorway homeless, accepting an award ,going cold turk , no money whatever it is take yourself to someone anyone tell them "hey im not good" and it starts from there.... Ive been there few times , Chris was just like us all he often said it "im just a normal guy " playing down his amazing songwriting and songplaying abilities , I love him and his music ,bands etc ... But we have to reach out better, us less fortunate to deal with the now , the present and future anxiety ,depression ....and medication is bs , J find solace in older people thier struggles to get to 70,80,90 yrs of age ...and i like to tell 20,25, yr olds my story .....why im still here RIP Chris (Boyle) Cornell Forever we will remember as i teach my two kids your legacy , music 🎵

Damn. Fuckin' tearing up. That voice man... Another amazing song. I'm a hiphop/r&b kid myself and I remember hearing Chris Cornell's voice one morning before getting on the bus back when MTV played music videos, it was "Like A Stone". That was what really got me discovering how amazing rock and grunge is. Thank you for the inspiration Chris. Rock In Peace. To everyone reading this, please listen to my tribute to Chris Cornell that I just uploaded. It would mean alot as a fellow Audioslave fan. Most of my friends don't really get why I was so down about his passing because they don't listen to rock forreal, so other mourning fans in the comment section have kinda been my tribe lately. I'm 13, I was gonna see Soundgarden shortly before Chris died but my family couldn't afford the tickets. I'd always clung to the hope that I would get to meet one of my favorite singers of all time, even after I found out that we couldn't go see them live, I clung to that hope until I woke up and saw that he died. He was my favorite living singer, and my idol, he had so much happen to him but he survived and poured his emotions and his soul into his music, when I found out he commited suicide I was nearly incapacitated with grief. I still haven't gotten over his death and most likely won't anytime soon, I feel your pain.

What if I told you nobody actually dies. We just go to the next dimension known as 1. We are just a mistake that happened in the 0 universe. Think about it, a universe full of NOTHING, NULL, ETC. 1 was a mistake and shouldn't never have shown up in the 0 dimension! What we humans are experiencing in this dimension is TIME. Ridiculous intentionally inflammatory comment by someone who should not even be here if you are not interested in Chris Cornell. He owed nothing to you especially an explanation. Please troll elsewhere. Your glib nothing post adds nothing and detracts from you only.

No one's ever too grown up to cry. In fact, we're growing up by feeling and expressing ourselves. It's veen four years. The world hasn't been the same since been. And it won't.

Chris Cornell is an underrated member of this movement and there are several reasons for this, among them: He was the pathfinder of Grunge SOUNDGARDEN was the first band to have a signature and to sort of authenticate this term grunge that didn't even exist before. He formed TEMPLE OF THE DOG which was a tribute to Andy (another underrated grunge band due to his early death) and with Eddie Vedder, which after this band, allowed the formation of Pearl Jam. And perhaps the most underrated reason of all is that Nirvana put grunge on the rise from SEATLLE but there were bands with better and much richer content than them. Cornell was more poetic than the Beatles, heavier than Black Sabbah and with a vocal timbre compared to Freddie Mercury. He was a musician with a combination of excellent vocal, melodic and artistic quality. NO ONS SINGS LIKE YOU ANYMORE.

Yoda I Am Everyone sins, many sin at the moments of their deaths, that doesn't mean they will go to hell. Regardless, his family could be reading this, they've already gone through enough, they don't need to be hearing terrible things about their father after his death. Rest easy, Chris.
