You have his dad who really wasn't in his life at first, hanging around him now like his is his buddy; smoking pot with his son and his friend. (he did so with the paparazzi) This is an act of him having too much fame and money at a young age and thinking he can do and get away with anything he wants. Including pissing in a bucket at a fast food restaurant and thinking it is fun and games. This is why Tori Speling's father only gave her about 1 million out of his 500 million fortune. He didn't want her to turn out bad. I don't think this is a society thing, (he seems to be having fun, licking girls breast and all. And walking around naked in front of his grandma) This is him not knowing how to behave do to his parents letting him get away with things, and due to his fame and money making him think he can do anything he wants and he will get no consequence.

Every celeb gets negative comments, and most celebs have paparazzi following them. The difference between Smith and Justin is that Justin was a young child when he got famous, and he really doesn't have any parents behind him teaching him what is right and wrong. People like his "dad" who is playing the buddy role and is condoning his behavior. Not every child star turns out bad and that is why; better parents that is not stop parenting them and treating them differently just because they now have fame and money. They are still your kid and you are still the boss. I can't simply see how negativity from society would make me want to do stupid shit. I can see how fame and money and having that "no one can tell me shit" attitude would make me do it though. Justin wasn't bad at first, but growing up as a teenager with that much money and power and no parent giving consequences (like grounding) will do it.
