The Vertex Super-LED Hide-A-Way Light is an ultra small, self-contained, hemispheric LED light, for surface mount or internal mount within composite head lamps, cornering lamps and tail light assemblies. This self-contained unit uses an in-line combination lamp driver/flasher which means a simple installation with no separate lamp drivers, flashers, ballast or power supplies to install. New lens technology enhances light distribution for optimum dispersion and intensity of the warning signal at critical angles. Includes pre-wired and sealed 8 foot neoprene cable to the lighthead and lamp driver, with 4-22 gauge power, pattern and synchronize pigtail wires. Only 7/8" in height, this small hemispheric LED lighthead is perfect for most applications where size and intensity are critically important.
This IS the Split Version of the Vertex. Now available in a Red/Blue Split, Red/White Split, and Blue/White Split.

Each light module contains 6 - Gen3 Super-LEDs.
25 Scan-Lock flash patterns.
Includes synchronize feature for alternating and synchronous flashing of multiple lamps.
Aluminum base and advanced thermal heat management system is designed for endless years of trouble free service.
Pre-wired and sealed 8 foot neoprene cable to the lighthead and lamp driver, with 4-22 gauge power, pattern and synchronize pigtail wires.
Lamp and in-line lamp driver are fully encapsulated for moisture and vibration resistance.
Omni-directional lighthead mounts in any position (orientation), vertically or horizontally.
Available in Red/Blue Split, Red/White Split, and Blue/White Split.
SAE Class 5.
No RFI noise emitted.
Voltage: 10 - 16 VDC.
Amp draw: .750/peak and .300/average.
1" hole makes this LED module backwards compatible with all standard 1" Hide-A-Way style lamps.
Two screws hold the lamp securely in place.

NOTE: The Split Version of the Vertex must be installed behind a clear lens or mounted using the flanges.

Thanks guys, cleared some things up for me. Can't wait to get all my lights finalized the way I want, I'll be sure to share it with you, because I don't know that anyone has as many hide away LED's on one truck as I do, all purchased from you of course.

I just lock a pair of vice grips on the two wires and wrap the vice grips in black tape.

Is there some short of control box I can attach these to to sync the lights and to run through the programs?

Again you've failed to mention with a MOMENTARY SWITCH , one could CHANGE the alternate patterns. Phases would stay 1 & 2 .

Thanks for the informative video. BTW, did you ever think of throwing something over the LEDs - they're so darn bright that the glare is distracting?

So if you have 4 lightheads, the grey wire connect to 2 lightheads with phase 1 and phase 2? And do the same with the other 2 lightheads?

Or connect the grey wires to 2 of the lighthead in phase 1, and connect the other grey wires on the other 2 lightheads in phase 2?

can these be wired in as reverse light/foglight/headlight as steady burn?

The Vertex would be set to its steady pattern. The lead and ground wires from the Vertex driver would connect into the Vehicles OEM trigger wires for the light(s) its working with or replacing.

i have i a pair in my ford piu 1 strobes and the other is on stedy burn for some reason how do i make both flash

With the Vertex switched on you'll want to momentarily apply +12volts to the white trigger wire on the one that's steady-burn. That should advance it to the first flash pattern, phase 1. Not really. When it comes to solid colors lights whelen is way easier. On my old feniex t3s it took me forever to get one set to master and one set to slave. Whelens all you do is change the pattern once to phase 2 and keep the other on phase 2. Way easier
