Great preparation for the champ! Looks like Eubank Jr kept Carl on his toes and helped prepare him well for his destruction of George Groves last weekend. Carl was gassed pretty quick here though which suggests to me that he just did some sort of high intensity workout before this sparring session. Great job Chris. As someone who has actually done sparring sessions they're more like tactical development sessions. Styles make fights! So you bring in someone to emulate your fight night opponent and work on your game plan. Then you figure out what you want to exploit and specifically spar to work that in. Sparring session are where you practice the parts that you want exploit. You keep the things that work and scrap what doesnt. It's fair to say Froch may have scrap a few things but the result was KO on Fight Night.

Eubank Jr has all the moves, just one thing missing and thats raw power... Cant teach that, either you have it or you dont. But he is a good prospect and exciting to watch, they should'nt rush him through the ranks too quickly.

Eubank Jr looks good here, you can see he's started to develop power now he's getting older. Eubank Jr is the perfect type of fighter to get Froch ready for Groves, fast, Athletic and slick but I think Groves punches will be a bit harder than Eubanks.

yea was a great punch however groves messed up by making the basic error of throwing a right hook after blocking frochs left hook. should have coved for them both, did this in the first fight, groves opens himself up by throwing punches when he should be covering up, still sham because think your right Groves was very much still in the fight.

Eubank obviously wanted to feel Carls power here. All the critics say he hasn't fought anyone, but he looks to be holding his own and more here with Carl and was duly called back for more sparring. Which other British fighters have been openly sparring Froch? Not Saunders...I think it indicates the level of Eubank at the moment early on in his career...He will be world champion for sure one day. To be fair Eubank may be fresh and Froch may have done 6 rounds before this video.

Turned out she was abit, they took the kids off her and stuff. Boxing is'nt good for the brain. Ali got Parkinsonian syndrome from it. Froch has a hard dig and i tell you, you don't want him hitting you even with head guard on. I think eubank jnr did quite well.
