There were many reason for it and they all derived through black culture. Yeah it was for the fact that he got head. But it was also that he created a lot of jobs. He also was the first president to be interview in late night comedy "Arsenio Hall Show". Believe it or not Arsenio was the first show where a president appeared on regular night comedy TV outside of news media. He did throw a lot of blacks in jail with harsher punishments but it was because of something he didnt predict on the state level. Bill Clinton did a lot for all Americans including the black community in truth all Americans loved Bill period.
