Listen I didn’t support chris when he was champion but now I do, why? Because he is not living off past glory and is just trying to be the best he can be. So learn to appreciate please these are not boxers the head trauma is not the same, they also have nowhere near the same number of fights. So as far as cte goes I who have had a wall fall on my head and landed on my head after getting pushed off a bridge would be a lot more comprised and I feel fine apart from mixing words up. He doesn’t do that so he’s more than fine. Support the fact he didn’t give up.

My prediction: Chis get leg kicked so bad, they need to amputate from the hip. After the surgery, he weighs 165. He decides to cut to 155 and fight light heavyweight. After 6 more loses, him and Tony get matched up at UFC 400. Loser has to retire, winner goes on a title run and loses in the title fight to Hap Chandler. What a sport.

wish Weidman's family or team would have 'the talk' with him and get him to retire, you don't have anything to prove, and that 'one more title run' isn't happening at 40 with many injuries and a cracked chin. Save your health and retire to a different career

Just imagine if Weidman can reclaim UFC Gold? I think Chris Weidman has one more championship run in him. He's got everything you look for in a fighter: world class wrestling, granite chin, power in both hands, and the heart of a lion. He's just had really bad luck but I think he comes back better than ever and will challenge for that strap again. People need to recognize that he is a legend and possibly the greatest to ever do it! 💪 island for life baby

Silva was already 38 years old after being champ and undefeated for nearly a decade and literally on fight week said he wanted Chris to win and be the new best and doesn't want a rematch either then went in there and practically begged Chris to knock him out. That wasn't a physically or mentally prime Silva at all.

I agree it's a bad look for washed up UFC fighters to box Jake, but let's not pretend Jake is some elite level boxer. I thought you were crazy the last time weidman fought and you kept saying how good is boxing is 😅😂 im just an amateur boxer so i dont have the room to talk on fighting in which you do, but respectfully, chris does not have good boxing even for mma standards.
